PPW has given word that current Franchise Champion
Jerome "Do It" Pruitt will be on hand defending his newly one title. During the last leg of
the legendary "Gluttons Of Glory Summer Tour," Pruitt was able to score the biggest
victory in his career against a determined Kris Korvis to gain the most prestigious
title in Independent wrestling.
Jerome
Pruitt's opponent has not yet been named, but rest assure theres plenty of fierce competition
in the PPW locker rooom. Many feel that former Franchise Champion Sebastian Rose, a man
who not only was the inaugural Franchise Champion but, has also held the title longer than any other
Franchise Champion, should be the next in line the challenge Pruitt.
Other's feel that Kris Korvis would be a suitable
number one contender, after all he was only a split second away from pinning Pruitt
on numerous occasions during their amazing match last summer. Some might say that former
PPW Tag Team Champion Daniel Sigma could be a breath of fresh air for Pure Pro Wrestling.
Theres even a few that believe Justice League graduate Evan Epic may be ready to step up to
the next level. Pure Pro Wrestling only offers the finest professional wrestlers,
therefore the possibilities of Pruitts challenger are endless. We do know that Jerome
Pruitt's opponent will be named in the upcoming weeks leading to Atonement.

Pure Pro Wrestling has also announced the signing
of an explosive main event that puts the Tag Team Championships up for grabs. The PPW Tag Team titles
are currently held by the not-so-fan-friendly "Dixie Muscle." Johnny Rebel
and JD Mason have been tag team champions since mid August and have successfully defended
they're titles more than any other title holders in the history of the company. JD and
Johnny have put down some of the finest tag teams in PPW, but November 16th's Atonement could
possibly be their last ride as champs.
Dixie
Muscle must face they're gravest challenge to date...Body Count. The duo of current
PPW Bloodsport Champion "Explicit" Xavier Justice and "The Master Of the Macabre"
Hades are set to face JD Mason and Johnny Rebel in the most anticipated tag team match
in PPW history.
Aside from the two blocbuster
championship matches, Pure Pro Wrestling has also confirmed that Sebastian Rose, Evan Epic,
Christopher Saint, Nick Statik, and Lapeer's own Guy Marshall, are scheduled to compete.
