The once filled August 9th weekend is seeming to get smaller
and smaller as the days pass by.
Just two days ago MWN! reported that Wolverine Pro
Wrestling would be cancelling their August 10th show and holding off shows until the end of the summer.
Today at around 3:00pm, MCPW was forced to cancel their Roscommon
debut show, "Uprising".
According to the MCPWrestling.com website, the cancellation
stems from issues with the venue and due to how near the show is, MCPW is unable to book another venue.
However, all tickets that were purchased for the Roscommon
show will be accepted at the MCPW September 20th show at the Kalkaska Civic Center, entitled "Strong Intentions" and
MCPW will make a debut in Roscommon in March with a tournament-style show.
Speaking of the MCPW "Strong Intentions" show, the flyer will
be posted below. As you can tell, the flyer features All Japan wrestling star, CJ Otis.
The August 8th-9th weekend will still be full of wrestling,
as Pure Pro Wrestling runs on the 9th in Argentine and August 10th in Davison. More info on those shows in the coming
days.
Price Of Glory also will have a show featuring Christin Able
vs Champion CJ Otis on August 10th in Coldwater.
As for that MCPW Flyer I spoke about earlier...
